Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original designer box and use protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the seal and bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
